Do I need to write my own content?

But building a real digital presence requires ongoing effort from you: a blog post each month, collecting reviews, keeping your Google Business Profile active. We give you a step-by-step coaching guide that tells you exactly what to do. The clients who put in that effort see results. The ones who don't, don't.

What if I want to make changes later?

Do you include IDX listing search for Realtors?

IDX is licensed MLS data — no website company includes it in a flat fee because it has to be purchased separately through a licensed IDX vendor. Most agents already have it through their brokerage. If you need standalone IDX, providers like Showcase IDX run $50–$80/month and we'll handle the embed.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime — no contracts, no fees. Your domain transfers to you at no charge. Your site comes down at the end of your billing period and site files are not transferable — they remain with ProAgentSites.

Do I need to provide photos and a headshot?

A headshot helps — it's the first thing clients look for. If you don't have one yet, we can launch with a placeholder and swap it in later. For everything else, we work with what you have and ask for the rest.

I already have a website through my brokerage. Why switch?

Your brokerage site promotes the brokerage — your photo is one of dozens on a roster page. Clients who Google your name specifically are looking for you, not a company. Your own .com gives them that, and it follows you if you ever change brokerages.

How is this different from building it myself on Wix or Squarespace?

Wix and Squarespace are tools — you still have to build it, write it, update it, and troubleshoot it. Most agents who try to DIY end up with something half-finished that hasn't been touched in two years. We handle everything, and changes take one email.

Will I show up when someone uses ChatGPT or AI search to find an agent?
